It reached out for what it felt was there, even though it felt the
cold clammyness that it hated.
It had a burning desire to reach it, to feel it.
But still there was nothing.
Then all the clammyness went away. It felt warm inside. It had never
felt this way before. Then somthing strange happened. Instead of
the cold clammyness he had felt before, it suddenly got very warm. Hotter
and hotter.
Then all stopped.
It touched solidness. It touched a composition it had never encounterd.
But at least it was somthing it could lean on. It didn't put all of it's
mass on it, for fear of knocking this solar system out of place, and
it's mentor would be able to tell immediatly that it was it, especially
now that it was already late.
It looked around it's surroundings more closly. There was a gasous
planetary body in this area. And of course a fusion energy light giving
source.
But then it saw somthing strange. There in the distance, seemingly
curving around the body on which it rests was a small but very sparkly
object.
It didn't threaten it in any way. But it was curouis as to what it was.
It may have not seen much of what it saw in this area before, but it
had definitly seen somthing that no one other than it had seen before.
It reached out with it's free tendricle and touched it softly. The
object continued to move in a curved direction toward it, the object
also seemed to be staying very close to the planet it was resting on.
"Maybe my gravity field is holding it there. The mentor would not be
pleased," thought the entity. So, moving down among it's invisible
self it turned off it's navigator, and gravitron field.
